Are you between the ages of 45 and 75?
The Penn State Cancer Institute and the ACCION in PA study is seeking individuals to participate in an anonymous survey and a group education session about colorectal cancer and colorectal screening.
Who can participate?
-English speakers between the ages of 45 and 75.
-Anyone who speaks, reads, and understands English or Spanish.
What will participants do?
-Complete two anonymous surveys.
-Participate in a colorectal cancer and screening education session.
-Receive an at-home colorectal cancer screening kit at no cost, if eligible.
