Bellefonte Elks Lodge 1094 congratulates Logan Rarrick on being named the October 2025 Bellefonte Area High School Student of the Month. Rarrick will now be in competition for end-of-school Student of the Year honors. The Bellefonte Elks congratulates Logan on this outstanding accomplishment.
