STATE COLLEGE — After their move in the Spring from Fraser Street to Allen Street, Pop Up Ave is pumped to add to their lineup of amazing vendors and bring new faces to their Fall event.
As one of the many events taking place in Downtown State College that day, Pop Up Ave is excited to bring everything from vintage to jewelry to handmade ceramics to Allen Street.
With their second appearance on the 200-block of Allen Street downtown, Pop Up Ave is set to transform the street with 42 vendors from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20.
Returning to Allen will be classics like Go State Designs, Molly Au Contraire, and Ataraxiaowl Creative Mandalas & Florals. In addition to the fan favorites, Pop Up Ave will welcome some first timers like BurnSesh Hot Sauce, Champagne on a Wednesday, and Memories at a Touch.
Super Duper Café will be back to serve some of their delicious eats while The Cakeshop by Tati will have mouth-watering treats and Idou Coffee Co. will brew all day. A variety of DJs will be styling on the stage near Bill Welch Memorial Plaza and Boal City Brewing and Antifragile Brewing Company will be pouring again, as the hosts of the beer garden.
“We’re excited to see the Happy Valley community out and about to enjoy the buzz of students back, the Fall weather, and the talented vendors that will be at Pop Up Ave” said Brad Groznik, co-founder of Pop Up Ave.
“Happy Valley is home to some of the best makers and creators, so showing them off is pretty easy. There will be plenty happening in Downtown State College on September 20, so mark your calendars, you don’t want to miss it!”
Pop Up Ave is sponsored by The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau and State College Downtown Improvement District.
