Police responded to a one vehicle crash that occurred on Aug. 9 at approximately  2:30 a.m. on Fowler Hollow Road in Taylor Township.

According to police, a 20-year-old Tyrone female was driving a 2012 Ford Explorer under the influence.

Police stated the operator was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Sept. 19 at approximately 6 a.m. on the North bound side of the Tyrone Pike in Rush Township.

According to police, a 2023 Tesla Model 3 was stuck in the rear by a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu.

Police stated that no charges were filed against either operator and there were no injuries.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Sept. 4 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on North 9th Street at the intersection with Railroad Street in Philipsburg Borough.

According to police, a 20212 GMC crashed into a 2025 Freightliner Casca.

Police stated the operator of the GMC fled the scene of the crash.

Police said the operator of the GMC was identified and cited accordingly.

Police responded to a theft by deception call that occurred on Aug. 16 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Poplar Drive in Benner Township.

According to police, a 55-year-old Bellefonte man received a fraudulent call from an unknown individual representing themselves as working for Comcast.

Police said the unknow caller offered a monthly promotion deal in return for the victim to buy Target gift cards.
