Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Aug. 18 at approximately midnight on I-80 East near mile marker 149 in Snow Shoe Township.

According to police, a 66-year-old Illinois male was driving a 2025 Freightliner when a 51-year-old California male driving a 2024 Ram 3500 hit the Freightliner in the rear.

Police stated the Ram was towed from the scene by the owner.

According to police, a 28-year-old Virginia male was driving a 2014 Ford Edge when he struck the rear of 40-year-old Port Matilda male driving a 2015 GMC Sierra.

Police stated the Virginia male was charged with DUI and related summary offenses.
