Bellefonte Elks Past Exalted Rulers Association Float ‘All Aboard The Elk’s Charity Train’ was followed by the PA Elks Drug Awareness Trailer and special guest Elroy the Elk at the recent Centre Grange Fair Parade. Five hundred backpacks full of school supplies, hygiene products, and Drug Awareness information was handed out to the youth along the parade route. Members also distributed over 100 pounds of candy and snacks through donations from our membership and friends.
