The National Weather Service at State College has issued a winter weather advisory for most of central Pennsylvania, including Centre County, as another round of snow moves toward the region.
About 3 to 4 inches of snow is expected between 1 a.m. and 10 p.m. Friday across the watch area. AccuWeather forecasts 1 to 3 inches in the State College area, with the majority occurring between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday before the storm moves out Friday night.

Blowing and drifting snow are possible on Saturday, which will be blustery with winds up to 20 mph and gusts as high as 35 mph, according to AccuWeather. Temperatures will be in the teens overnight Friday and throughout the day on Saturday and wind chill values will be at or below 0.
