With the 2022 recruiting cycle effectively in the rearview mirror, Penn State added another verbal commitment to its 2023 class on Monday morning. Josuha Miller, a three-star offensive line prospect out of Life Christian Academy in Colonial Heights, Virginia, announced his decision on Twitter.
“I would like to give a huge thanks to all my teammates and coaches past and present, for making me a better person on and off the field and molding me into the player I am today,” Miller wrote. “[…] with that being said for the next 4-5 years I will be furthering my academic and football career at the Penn[sylvania] State University.”
Miller hits the scales at 6-foot-5 and 320 and is rated the No. 28 interior offensive lineman of the 2022 class according to the 247 Network. He joins four other members of Penn State’s 2023 class including five-star interior offensive lineman Alex Birchmeier who was the first verbal commitment of Penn State’s 2023 cycle, committing back in July of 2021.
Penn State’s 2023 class is rated the best in the Big Ten and third-best in the Big Ten, albeit it is exceptionally early in the process.
