Penn State has added a recruiting commitment following its 35-6 White Out win over Washington. Chaz Coleman, a four-star edge rusher from Warren, Ohio, announced his pledge to the Nittany Lions on Sunday.

The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Coleman, who was in attendance for Saturday’s game, ranks as the No. 423 overall prospect by 247Sports in the 2025 recruiting class. He held offers from schools such as Ole Miss, Florida State, Missouri and others.

Coleman’s commitment brings Penn State’s 2025 class to a staggering 26 members. He joins fellow four-stars Jayden Woods and Cortez Harris as the team’s third edge rusher this cycle.

Coleman also becomes the team’s second commitment in two days, following in the footsteps of 2027 four-star offensive lineman Layton von Brandt, who announced his decision prior to kickoff against the Huskies.
