Penn State has made a notable defensive addition to its 2026 recruiting class. Elijah Littlejohn, a four-star linebacker from Charlotte, North Carolina, has committed to the Nittany Lions, he announced on Monday.
The 6-foot-2, 205-pound Littlejohn is rated by 247Sports as the nation’s No. 378 overall prospect. He chose Penn State over Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, NC State and others.
The Nittany Lions’ 2026 recruiting class, which ranks No. 6 nationally, is now up to 20 members. Littlejohn joins four-star Terry Wiggins and three-star Mathieu Lamah as the third linebacker to commit this cycle.
Penn State linebacker coach Dan Connor should have his hands full with talent and potential when Littlejohn steps on campus next year. Tony Rojas and Amare Campbell, two prospective starters this fall, will then each be entering their senior season if they don’t declare for next April’s NFL draft.
