How Students Can Get Penn State Football Season Tickets

It’s time for students to set their reminders.

Penn State on Wednesday afternoon released information about 2026 student season football tickets, which will be available via a lottery-style online request process.

The request schedule varies by grade, with graduate students getting first access July 20–27, followed by seniors (July 21–28), juniors (July 22–29), sophomores (July 23–30) and freshmen (July 24–31). Students can apply at any point within their assigned window without affecting lottery odds.

Eligible students can request tickets, which cost $246 in total, through the Penn State Student Account Manager and will receive details by email the week of July 13. Lottery results will be announced the week of Aug. 3. Payments are collected at submission and fully refunded if a request is not selected.

To qualify, undergraduates must meet credit or admission requirements by June 30, while graduate students must be enrolled or admitted into degree programs by that date.

The seven-game ticket package features matchups against Marshall (9/5), Buffalo (9/19), Wisconsin (9/26), USC (10/10), Purdue (10/31), Minnesota (11/14) and Rutgers (11/21). There is a limit of one season ticket per student.
