A 19-year-old woman who was reported missing in State College on Monday evening has been located and is safe, borough police wrote in an update early Tuesday morning.
The woman was reported missing after she was last seen near State College Area High School, heading toward the area of Orchard Park. Police said on Monday night that she may have been in need of medical care.
The department provided no further details on when or where she was located, or her medical condition.
“The State College Police Department thanks the public with their assistance in this investigation,” police wrote.
