State College Police said missing woman Josephine Romero has been located, is safe and is fine. Police did not release any more details.

State College Police are searching for 20-year-old Josephine Romero, who was reported missing by her family.
Romero is a white female, 5-foot-5 and has brown hair and brown eyes. She last resided at 1001 Taylor Street in State College.
Police did not say where Romero was last seen or how long she has been missing.
Anyone who may have information about Romero is asked to contact the State College Police at (814) 234-7150.
