An emergency court hearing was held in Centre County on Tuesday to determine whether or not Jerry Sandusky is allowed to see his own grand-children.
The emotions are raw in the wake of the Sandusky sex scandal as the controversey builds.
6 News has obtained court documents that show more problems for Sandusky. After his arraignment on child sex charges Saturday, three of his young grand-children were taken to his house. Eventhough Sandusky reportedly wasn’t there, the childrens’ mother immediately asked for those visits to be limited.
On Tuesday, a Centre County judge agreed. Any visit by the grand-children must now be supervised. The judge also ruled that there will be no overnight stays.
Meanwhile, there is a Penn State football game to play this coming Saturday. It’s the last home game for the Nittany Lion seniors.
