Jerry Sandusky was due in court Wednesday, but the hearing was delayed, it’s now uncertain, when Sandusky may be back in a courtroom.
Sandusky was arraigned on Saturday on 40 criminal counts of child sex abuse. A preliminary hearing set for Wednesday was continued,
A note was sent out by a district magistrate saying it was rescheduled for Dec. 7th, but the Centre County court administrators office Wednesday, where the preliminary hearing schedules are determined, said they have no idea when Sandusky’s hearing will be held, and won’t confirm the Dec. 7 date.
Sandusky remains free on $100,000.
