Authorities are looking for a man wanted in connection with a trespassing incident, Patton Township police said.
Police said the incident happened about 9:30 a.m. Monday at a camp on Camp Lane. Camp members arrived there and discovered a man was inside, according to a police report.
The man fled in a camouflage coat and a blue, hooded sweatshirt, police said. The camp members chased him through the woods for about half a mile, but they lost sight of him, a news release notes.
Police said the man was last seen running over the crest of Bald Eagle Mountain and toward Julian. Patton Township, Ferguson Township and State College borough police searched the area with help from a state police helicopter, but did not apprehend the man.
