Dozens of people mourning the death of Joe Paterno gathered outside Beaver Stadium on Sunday morning.
They assembled at the Paterno statue on the Penn State football stadium’s east side, many bringing candles and flowers. Campus police helped to direct vehicular traffic, which was slow in the statue area.
