Election 2010: With 99.7 percent of precincts reporting, the Democratic race for lieutenant governor is still too close to call. Rep. Scott Conklin holds a lead of more than 4,000 votes, but there will be an automatic recount if the difference is less than half of a percentage point. The current difference is half a percentage point.

Penn State Football: Penn State Athletics will hold an online chat regarding its Nittany Lion Club Seat Transfer & Equity Plan from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Associate Athletic Director Greg Myford and Nittany Lion Club Director John Nitardy will host the 60-minute session.
