New court filing outlines locations of alleged Sandusky sex-abuse crimes, ages of victims

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. —

The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office has released the approximate dates, the locations and the ages of the 10 alleged victims in the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse case.

In a Bill of Particulars filed in Centre County Common Pleas Court, state prosecutors said the following:

Victim 1: The offenses occurred between 2005-2008 at Sandusky’s home on Grandview Road in State College, at a State College hotel near Sandusky’s home, and at Victim 1’s school. The age of the victim spans from 11 to 15 and prosecutors could not provide specific dates because, according to the court document, “there were numerous offenses over the course of several years. The victim, a child at the time of the crimes, is unable to provide exact times and dates.”

Victim 2: The age and identity of the victim is unknown. The alleged offense happened on the evening of March 1, 2002 at the Lasch football building on the University Park Campus of Penn State University.

Victim 3: The age of the victim spans from ages 13 to 15 and the offenses occurred between summer of 2000 and late 2002 at Sandusky’s residents and the Lasch building showers on the University Park campus. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.

Victim 4: The age of the victim spans from 12-17 and the offenses occurred between 1996 and 2000 at Sandusky’s residence, in showers at the East Area Locker Rooms across from Holuba Hall, at the hotel at Toftrees Golf Resort, in Florida in December 1998 through January 1999, in Texas in December 1999, in the Lasch football building and various dormitories at PSU’s University Park campus. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.

Victim 5: The ages of the victim spans from 8-12 years old and the offenses happened between fall of 1996 and 2002 in the locker rooms and showers of the East Area Locker Rooms on the University Park campus. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.

Victim 6: Prosecutors said the victim was 11 years old and the offense happened on May 3, 1998 between 7-9 p.m. at the locker/shower room of the Lasch building.

Victim 7: The age of the victim was 11 to 14 years old and the offenses happened between approximately 1996 and 1999 at Sandusky’s residence and in the East Area Locker Rooms. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.

Victim 8: The offenses happened on a Thursday or Friday evening in November 2000. The offenses occurred in the assistant coach’s locker room of the Lasch Building on the University Park campus. The exact age of the victim is unknown, but a witness placed the victim’s age at between 11 and 13.

Victim 9: The age of the victims spans from age 13 to age 15 or 16 and the offenses happened between summer 2005 and 2009 at Sandusky’s residence and at the pool and fitness center of the Hilton Garden Inn on East College Avenue in State College. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.

Victim 10: The age of the victim spans from ages 10 to 12 and the offenses happened between summer 1997 and 1999 at Sandusky’s residence, the outdoor pool at University Park and in Sandusky’s car. The Commonwealth is unable to provide specific dates because prosecutors said there were numerous offenses over the course of several years.
