The Big Ten Network, including its website, will carry live coverage Thursday of “A Memorial for Joe,” the public memorial service for Joe Paterno.
A live online stream also will be available via www.gopsusports.com.
The service is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center. Locally, ESPN Radio 1450 AM will have live audio from the service.
Some local TV stations may carry the service live, as well, Penn State announced. It advised people to check their local listings.
WPSU TV (Comcast channel 3) is scheduled to rebroadcast the service at 8 p.m. Thursday.
Free tickets for the service have been fully distributed. About 12,600 people are expected to attend; doors at the Jordan Center will open at 1 p.m.
