The last of three public meetings on the West College Avenue Design Plan wil be held from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday in the Ferguson Township main meeting room.
The project consultant T & M Associates, lead by Evan Stone, will present the pre-final design plans along with cost estimates to complete the project in ‘logical phases,’ according to a news release.
So far, the design work has been directed at the feasibility of incorporating the design guidelines found in the Terraced Streetscape Zoning District and applying those guidelines to the West College Avenue Corridor, the press release said. Thus far, the process has also considered connectivity issues of adjacent properties, proposed development and nearby neighborhoods.
The project is scheduled to be formally presented to the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors at the regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct 15, which will also be held in the main meeting Room of the township building.
