Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts Opens With Children & Youth Day

Children take center stage as the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts returns to the streets of State College.

Thousands of people turned out, despite threatening skies. South Allen Street is filled with booths crammed full of art that is designed as sold by young artists.

We’ve put together a photo gallery so you can see this year’s version of Arts Fest. Send us your photos and we’ll try to add them to our page!
