BELLFONTE, Pa. —
A judge has ruled that Jerry Sandusky can see his grandchildren and have a local jury in Sandusky’s child sex-abuse trial.
The rulings came down Monday morning from Judge John Cleland. The judge made no rulings at Friday’s pre-trial hearing held in Centre County Court in Bellefonte.
Multiple rulings, which include topics such as bail and out-of-county jury requests are posted on the Centre County Court website, www.co.centre.pa.us/media/.
