Minor traffic delays are expected Thursday on South Atherton Street near South Allen Street, State College borough reported.
The borough tree department will be removing a tree at 1160 S. Atherton St., just north of South Allen Street, according to a borough announcement. The traffic delays are likely between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.; south-bound traffic will be limited to one lane, the borough reported.
‘Please use caution while traveling through this area,’ the announcement reads.
