Rover is all over it when it comes to acting like a good dog.
This Border Collie already knows the commands for “sit”, “down” and “shake” — and he’s ready to learn more.
Rover is eight-years-old.
He is good with older kids and other dogs, but nobody knows whether he gets along with cats.
He’s a good-looking boy and is neutered, house broken and crate trained.
Currently, Rover is living at Centre County PAWS, 1401 Trout Rd., State College.
That means you can come over to meet him anytime that PAWS is open.
