Bellefonte Cruise: Schedule of Events and More

The Historic Bellefonte Cruise returns on Friday and Saturday for its 34th year of bringing the community together for a weekend of fun in downtown Bellefonte. (The event started 35 years ago, but was not held in 2020 because of COVID-19.

Things kick off with the Open Cruise through downtown Bellefonte at 6 p.m. on Saturday. Here’s a look at the schedule, info about registration for the cruise and car show and more.

FRIDAY, JUNE 16

6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Open Cruise 

7:30 p.m.: Opening Ceremony with the WOWY crew 

7:30-10:30 p.m.: Sock Hop on the Diamond Featuring The Fabulous Flashbacks

SATURDAY, JUNE 17

7 a.m.: Registration 

7 a.m.-5 p.m.: Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show 

10 a.m.-1 p.m.: The Rocket Blasters and the 3WZ crew on the second stage by the post office on East Howard Street

Noon-5 p.m.: DJ Vid on the Main Stage in front of the courthouse

1-3:30 p.m.: Spring Hollow Band on the second stage

Bike Games (sponsored by US Vets MC) 

5 p.m.: Awards Ceremony

Parking is available at the Bellefonte Area High School, 830 E. Bishop St. Free parking and shuttle by Fullington Tours.

The food court is located on the 100 block of West Howard Street.

REGISTRATION FOR THE CAR, TRUCK & MOTORCYCLE SHOW

Registration begins at 7 a.m. and continues until noon Saturday, June 17 only.

All registrations on day of the event are $15. Kids Class registration is free. Kids are only able to participate in the car show, they are not permitted to participate in the cruise.

Registration Drop Off: You can also drop off your form to Chamber of Commerce Office at the Train Station, 320 W. High Street, Bellefonte, PA between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. before June 16.

Day of the event: Registrations will be held at the diamond on Saturday from 7 a.m.-noon. No registrations will be accepted before 7 a.m.

Help continue the reputation of the show by following these guidelines:

Have insurance and registration. Be sure to bring current proof of insurance and vehicle registration to the registration area. ONLY INSURED AND REGISTERED VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED IN THE SHOW.

Be ready for judging. While every consideration is given to automobiles in original condition and to owners who are new to the hobby, only automobiles which are ready for judging will be accepted. Automobiles not ready for judging may be ruled ineligible to compete and turned away at the gate. In these rare cases, pre-paid entry fees will be refunded.

Show car arrival time. In order to qualify for judging all show cars must arrive at the show grounds by noon. Entry area is located on High Street only. Registration begins at 7 a.m. Vehicles arriving after noon may not be eligible for judging and show may be full; we urge you to be early!

Safety first. Heed the registrar and parking staff’s instructions while moving and parking your vehicles and during the cruise to avoid accidents. Think safety!
