Live Results: State House and Senate Races in Centre County

Voters throughout Pennsylvania on Tuesday cast their ballots for each seat in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and half of the state Senate.

In Centre County, three state House seats and two state Senate seats were on the ballot.

In the 77th House district state Rep. Scott Conklin, D-Rush Township, is seeking a 10th term and faced Republican challenger Marie Librizzi, of Ferguson Township, in the general election.

State Rep. Paul Takac, D-College Township, is seeking a second term representing the 82nd House district. He was challenged by first-time Republican candidate Therese Hollen, of Benner Township.

State Rep. Kerry Benninghoff, R-Bellefonte, ran unopposed for the 171st district and will win a 15th term in the state House.

In the 25th Senate district, state Sen. Cris Dush, R-Pine Creek Township, ran for a second term, facing Democratic challenger William McGill, of Clinton County.

State Sen. Wayne Langerholc Jr. ran unopposed in the 35th district.
