Attorney General will not provide Sandusky defense with all information requested

Sandusky’s defense will not be given any unreleased information relating to ongoing Grand Jury Investigations, any “irrelevant personal information” about anyone involved in the case or information about psychological evaluations of those identified as “victims” in the case, according to a document submitted Feb. 29 by Senior Deputy Attorney General Jonelle Eshbach.
