Centre County reported one new COVID-19 case on Tuesday to bring its total to 16,915, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
It is the 10th consecutive day and 19th out of the last 20 that the county has had fewer than five new cases.
Pennsylvania added 162 positives for a statewide total of 1,211,869.
The county also reported 58 negatives, bringing its total to 70,964. Statewide, there were 4,774 new negatives for a total of 4,760,463.
According to the DOH hospital preparedness dashboard, three COVID-19 patients are hospitalized in Centre County, with one in intensive care and one on a ventilator — all unchanged from Monday.
Pennsylvania has 316 COVID-19 inpatients, a decrease of 25 since Monday, with 59 in intensive care [+2] and 50 on ventilators [+1].
DOH reported no new deaths attributed to the virus among Centre County residents, keeping the total at 227.
With 13 new COVID-19 deaths, the statewide total is now 27,670.
An estimated 97% of COVID-19 patients in the state have recovered, according to a health department calculation.
As of Tuesday morning, 75,890 people in Centre County are fully vaccinated and 10,510 are partially covered.
Vaccination appointments for ages 12 and older are available through Centre Volunteers in Medicine, Mount Nittany Health and through other pharmacies and providers listed at vaccines.gov.
