BELLEFONTE — The listing agent for the Gamble Mill property in Bellefonte said the seller’s paperwork is all in order for a sale they had hoped would close by the end of May.
On July 6, the Gazette reported erroneously the deal was held up by an issue with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, but Derek Canova. of KBB, who is the listing agent, said that was not the case.
He said July 10 he cannot disclose certain details of the deal, but said the ball is now in the court of the buyer. Marion Bradley, who is among the reported buyers, could not be reached for comment by phone.
Canova said the borough also has its ducks in a row and has been very cooperative during the process.
“I can’t tell you how impressed and thankful I’ve been for what they’ve done,” he said.
